- Two fish fillets (or one large dosage), cut into fingers lengthways, then halved widthwise
- Three garlic cloves – crushed or Thin slice
- Three green
- 250 ml Oil
- Salt
- Four basil leaves, fresh if possible but store-bought, will work too
- One tablespoon of Curry Powder
- 250 gram Maida
- 1 Lemon
- 250-gram Breadcrumbs
Method
This recipe for fish fingers is an easy way to make your favourite snack more flavorful and exciting. First, cut the fillets into finger-sized pieces, making them easier to handle when cooking them in batches, pan-frying or deep-frying (depending on preference). Marinate with salt, garlic cloves, green chilli peppers, basil leaves, plus curry powder before gently dipping each piece into maida and bread crumbs mixed at room temperature; then beat eggs and mix them individually until moistened enough without having raw egg whites show through too much – this will help prevent discolouration during storage since fresh ingredients last longer than frozen!
Finally, coat everything evenly again but don’t forget about those delicious additions: grated Parmesan cheese.
