Method
Kalmi Kebabs are a popular Indian dish made from marinated meat that’s often served as part of Sunday lunch. They can be cooked on the grill or pan-frying, but don’t worry if you don’t have either! This recipe will show how to make it using an oven instead so all your guests get perfect Kalmikies every time too.
It starts off by taking yogurt in a bowl along with ginger garlic paste which has been mixed together before adding lemon juice and turmeric powder for added flavourings -Cardamom Pod Seeds (Elaichi), Crushed Peppercorns.
The coating helps keep the meat moist while cooking which creates delicious flavours when fried for 10-12 minutes on each side or so until golden brown in colour throughout with pickled onions as garnish if desired!
