Recipe ingredients
JUST Egg: It is the first ingredient when preparing the this scramble. It exists in a variety of products. This scramble can be prepared using the liquid version in a bottle.
Veggies: for a unanimous taste, use a wide variety of vegetables, including mushrooms, chopped kale, arugula, asparagus, and shallot. Species like jalapeno, red bell pepper, red onion, and Spinach can also be used.
Vegan cheese: vegan cheese exists in either mild or strong tastes. Any crumbled or shredded plant-based cheese can be used for our egg scramble.
Salt and pepper: for a fresh eggy taste, add Kala namak black salt at the end of cooking. Otherwise, you can leave the salt out of the recipe with plant-based cheese.

Recipe instructions
- Many may prefer adding veggies to the JUST Egg. Preferably, start by cooking the chopped veggies. After that, pour the liquid JUST Egg into the cooking pot.
- The heating temperature should be kept at medium.
- Lastly, add the chopped spinach/kale to the scramble. Spinach is added as the last ingredient. It keeps the fresh taste of the egg scramble.
JUST Egg scramble preparation
- On a non-stick pan, preheat it to medium heat. For about 5 minutes, cook the onions and pepper until they become slightly soft.
- While cooking the onions and pepper, reduce the heat to low medium and add the JUST Egg into the pan. Allow it to settle for a few minutes. Like scrambling chicken eggs, scramble the JUST Egg away from the pan edges using a small cooking spoon or spatula. To the full set and curdled JUST Egg, add the chopped Spinach and allow it to cook.
- For a few minutes, toss and cook until the greens wilted. Turn off the heat and serve as it is.
- The scramble is ready to serve. Serve while hot.
